Can Autoprop be our main lettings CRM?
It can be the main operational workspace where the records and workflows in the agreed scope fit your agency. You can also keep your current CRM and start with supported workflows around it.
Can you move us from our current CRM?
Where the current system provides a suitable export or API route, supported data can be moved or connected. We confirm the actual route, scope and checks before promising a migration.
Is the automation optional?
Yes. You choose the rules, approval points and escalation paths. Work can be automated, prepared for approval or left fully manual.
What does it cost?
Autoprop is £500 per month with no per-user fee. Viewing automation, maintenance handling, the website chatbot and supported voice calling are included, with additional beta workflows included for now.
