Why we built it

We did not build Autoprop as a generic AI wrapper or a CRM with a few AI buttons. It came from running agency operations and seeing the same bottlenecks every day: leads waiting for replies, viewing diaries getting messy, tenants chasing maintenance updates and staff spending hours moving routine work through email.

The product exists because that work can now be handled properly by digital staff, with the team brought in when judgement, landlord approval or a personal decision is needed.

The aim is simple: give agencies AI letting negotiators and AI property managers, plus the app to supervise them, so they can run leaner, faster and more profitably.

How we got here

Autoprop came from solving our own agency bottlenecks first

The work was too manual

Lettings teams spend too much of the day repeating the same replies, chasing the same details and moving the same cases through inboxes.

We automated the repeatable parts

Enquiry response, viewing coordination, maintenance intake, contractor follow-up and routine updates can be handled consistently by software.

We kept the team in control

Where approval, judgement or landlord sign-off is needed, Autoprop prepares the handoff instead of pretending humans do not matter.

Then we made it usable for agencies

Who's behind it

Autoprop was built by James Moss, a UK estate agent, inside his own working agency — automating the lettings admin his team was doing by hand every day. The workflows you get are the ones that survived contact with real applicants, real landlords, and real Tuesday-evening rearranges.
